Open days give you an opportunity to learn at your own pace in a bookbinding area of your choice. Beginners and more experienced individuals can undertake projects such as a concertina, single section, non-adhesive book or start the City & Guilds training or even book restoration.

You will have the opportunity to make creative decisions using tried and tested craft techniques to make something you are proud of.

The workshop has access to a range of colourful and exciting materials to help reach your creative potential and/or your book repair aspirations. These include book cloths and paste papers, marbled papers and leathers. (Additional material fee may be required for certain materials)
